Annie is the CEO of RMG Real Estate and has been proudly serving the Anchorage-Valley community since joining RMG in 2011. Born and raised in Talkeetna, Alaska, Annie brings a deep appreciation for Alaska, its people, and its communities into everything she builds. She is a graduate of Washington State University and returned home with a clear vision for what real estate leadership could look like when people come first.
As a full-time CEO and mom, Annie leads a rapidly growing real estate organization operating across four locations, with 50+ team members and more than $200 million in annual sales volume. Under her leadership, RMG has become known for strong culture, thoughtful growth, and a commitment to building both wealth and wholeness for the people it serves.
Annie’s professional expertise spans real estate sales, leadership development and coaching, hiring and retention, marketing strategy, market shift navigation, office expansion, and collaborative business building. She thrives on setting bold goals, building strong teams, and reaching new milestones — always with intention and integrity.
Outside of work, Annie’s greatest joy is her family. When she’s not leading RMG, you’ll likely find her playing trains with her two young kiddos or building an epic life alongside her husband, Jared. At her core, Annie is passionate about family, people-building, and creating businesses that stand the test of time.
